Member Checker & Community Events (Clubs)

A Club Leader must be a manager of the community group in order to access the community admin website.

The website's landing page corresponds to the Club Leader's community group (see this document for reference). Only active events within that community group are available for the Club Leader to view.

  1. Member Checker
    • A club leader can quickly look up any member using the first name/last name fields provided
    • At least 2 characters must be entered in each field
    • To narrow search results, a state field is also provided
    • The results will contain alumni id, name and degree, mailing state and AAUM member status
  2. Alumni Community Events
    • A list of active, open events are shown in this section
    • If attendees have registered for the event, a Club Leader can view an abbreviated list of attendees by clicking on the event name (image 2)
  3. RSVP
    • Shows the number of registered attendees for the event
