Board Meetings

Each club's board should meet on at least a quarterly basis, and the Association encourages larger clubs to meet on a monthly basis.

One of these meetings should be the club's annual meeting, and all Association members in the clubs area should be invited to this meeting.

At each meeting, the club secretary should take minutes, which should subsequently be distributed to and approved by the board.

At each meeting, the club treasurer should submit a written report regarding the club's finances for review.

At one meeting each year, the treasurer should present an annual budget for approval by the board.
